The Bangladesh National Hockey Team outplayed the U-20 National Hockey Team by a huge margin of 9-2 goals in a warm-up match held at the Maulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Tuesday.

The experienced senior team showed their strength in this thrilling match that lasted four quarters.

From the beginning of the game, the senior national team dominated the field throughout the four quarters. The U-20 team's defense repeatedly collapsed in front of the passing and attacking tactics of experienced players. Ashraful Islam was the brightest performer of the match for the senior team today. He scored 4 goals alone.

In addition to Ashraful's four goals, others in the team also contributed to the national team's victory. Amirul, Rocky, Emon, Mahbub and experienced star Russell Mahmud Jimmy scored one goal each for the team. The senior team's dominance was clear throughout the match with everyone's combined attack.

On the other hand, the U-20 hockey team did not give up the fight on the field despite falling behind by a large margin. They tried to turn things around in a great way towards the end of this four-quarter battle. Young forward Abhi alone built resistance for the junior team. He reduced the gap for the team with two excellent goals in the last minute.

This warm-up match was a great opportunity for the coaches of both teams to test the fitness, weaknesses and strategic positioning of the players.
