Kazi Rajib Uddin Ahmed Chapol, President of World Archery Asia and the Bangladesh Archery Federation (BAF), met with Turki Al-Darbi, President of the Saudi Arabia Archery Federation, in a significant courtesy meeting in Saudi Arabia. The meeting was held with the aim of enhancing the standard of archery in both countries and fostering mutual cooperation.

Detailed discussions took place regarding the current infrastructural development of archery in Saudi Arabia and future plans. During the meeting, the sports administrators from both nations unequivocally acknowledged the necessity of working together to make archery more popular and competitive across the Asian region. They reached a consensus that archers from both countries could benefit significantly through the exchange of training programs, the development of coaches and technical officials, and the organization of joint training camps.
