The government has taken all measures to bring back the remains of two Bangladeshi students killed in the United States, Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman said.

The Foreign Minister gave this information in response to a question raised at the table of AE Sultan Mahmud Babu, a member of the government party from Jamalpur-2 constituency, in Parliament on Tuesday.

The Foreign Minister said that two Bangladeshi students were brutally killed at the University of South Florida in the United States. The Bangladesh Embassy in Washington and the Bangladesh Consulate General in Florida are in close contact with the families of the slain students, the university and local authorities in this regard and have taken initiatives to bring back the remains of the slain students to Bangladesh.
